Wonderland Hills Retreat

This is a private quiet downstairs suite. The suite includes a bedroom with a full size bed, a fully remodeled private bathroom with tub, a living area with a large flat screen TV with Netflix, a kitchenette, access to a back deck and a sky chair for relaxing. Enjoy easy access to trails around and beyond Wonderland Lake. Walk to Lucy's Market or to Lucky's Cafe for breakfast, or enjoy Italian or Chinese food, all a block away. This area is the best of North Boulder! The space This is a three level townhouse. Please make a note that there is a kitchenette, but not a full kitchen in the suite. There is a microwave, small refrigerator, Keurig, plates, glasses, cups, and utensils. Guest access The space is an entire level of the townhome, complete with a bedroom with a queen size bed, full bath with tub, lounging area, kitchenette area, and a workspace including a desk and chair. The outside back deck and hanging sky chair is also available to guests. The backyard is accessed by going through the gate just to the right of the front door. The gate is locked at dark and opened again by 7:00 AM. The total interior and exterior space is 650 sf. The front door entrance is the only shared space. It is rare that I cross paths with guests, but welcomed when I do! Other things to note There are two Vornado fans in the suite. A swamp cooler cools the entire townhouse and if the door to your suite can remain a little ajar, then air can circulate throughout. Please note that I do not accept third party bookings. Thank you.
