Pets <50 lbs welcome, they are not allowed on ANY furniture, if evidence is found of such, you’ll be charged for replacement of damaged property. $25/animal fee per visit. The space Sleeps two comfortably in King size bed. It could accommodate 2 more on double leather couch in main living area. During hot summer months there’s an air conditioner and a couple fans that keep the place cool. During the cold winter months the place is heated with electric baseboard heat that keep up (unless it’s well below zero) but the tile floor is cold, so plan to bring slippers to keep feet warm. We have 2 space heaters for more focused heat during your stay. Guest access Access to outdoor fire pit, swing set, & yard. Outdoor sitting area and gas grill are also available. The apartment is within one block of the 9 hole village golf course. Other things to note Locally roasted, by owner, Brewhaha Roasters Coffee is provided upon request with a drip coffee maker & grinder. Gas grill is available for use, but may need a new propane tank on occasion, please let us know if you need assistance with the grill in advance.
