This house is within very easy walking distance of the Arkansas Arts Center, MacArthur Park, The Rivermarket entertainment district, Military Museum, The Clinton Presidential Center, Heifer International, and many great local breweries (four!), restaurants, and bars. It is just a few blocks from the Main St. Creative Corridor and Tech Park, where you can visit theaters and art galleries, and it is about a 7 minute drive to Arkansas Children's Hospital.
