~Humboldt Hideaway~

Humboldt hideaway is centrally located & within a few miles of many majestic beaches & redwood forests. In fact, you can often times hear the ocean as you’re relaxing here. We’re also just a quick 10 minute drive from Cal Poly Humboldt. The space After our recent renovation of most of the unit, we are excited to share it with you! It’s a comfortable and relaxing private space. The kitchenette features a minifridge w/ small freezer, microwave, double hot plate & toaster oven (no sink in kitchenette). The unit also has a private bathroom w/ shower & bathtub combo. The TV has an Amazon FireStick & is on a swivel so it can be viewed from the bed or the couch. The central heating is connected to the main house therefore we have placed a remote control heater in the unit so guests have additional heat if desired. The private backyard has a gas BBQ & chairs for relaxing outside in the small private backyard. Guest access We are down a private road that’s shared with a few wonderful neighbors. There is one guest parking spot in front of the unit and additional parking is available on the main road. The entrance to unit is through the gate on the left side of the house marked with the “Humboldt Hideaway” sign. Guest will then follow the brick & gravel walkway to the private backyard where the entrance is located. Other things to note In our area, we don’t always have the best internet coverage. We have installed a WiFi booster in the unit to help but internet can cut out from time to time. Also please note that there is no sink in the kitchenette (only sink in the bathroom).
