Very modern living space with lots of entertaining including gaming system,movie room, free Netflix and computer use with printing and faxing. The posting is not to rent the entire house but guests have full access to the entire upstairs where the main room is located including full kitchen, bathroom, game room and living/dinning room. There's absolutely no sleeping allowed on the furniture in the living room thanks in advance. PLEASE READ OTHER NOTES BEFORE BOOKING TO SAVE ANY CONFUSION THANKS The space The house is very quiet and private. The best thing about the house and most unique is that we have a movie room with a game system(PS4), cable TV and a computer with free printing. Guest access Any current guest will have full access to the kitchen, living room, dinning room and movie room basically the entire upper level will be available. During your stay We will socialize with guest at a level that most comfortable for them. If the guest wish to be left alone to themselves their privacy will be respected during their stay. We can contacted through any means of communication including phone calls,texts and emails. Other things to note Parking is located IN front of the house or across the street from the house. Please do not park in the neighbor's parking pads or block them thank in advance. There's absolutely no sleeping on the living room furniture. -MY GIRL GETS UP FOR WORK MONDAY-FRIDAY IN THE MORNING ANYWHERE FROM 6AM-7:30AM -I HAVE DIESEL TRUCK THATS LOUD ESPECIALLY WHEN WARMING UP -I HAVE A 1 YEAR OLD SON THAT SOMETIMES CRY ANY THAT CAN BE ANYTIME OF THE DAY -NO SLEEPING ON THE LIVINGROOM FURNITURE
