Auto parking outside with recreational equipment storage in insulated Garage. Forest trails surround the neighborhood with access to Urban Trails. Accommodates one or two adults for short term rental; while host has a small dog, she is not allowed in the guest area; guests may not bring pets or be smokers. The space Forest Peak Retreat has a truly inviting feeling of warmth and relaxation. The owners have displayed items in the "Four Corners" guest suite that reflect the beauty of the Flagstaff and four corner states of AZ, UT, NV, and CO including books and brochures for reading and planning. The shared areas are equally interesting and inviting. Having traveled the west, the owners have decorated the home with natural woods and art that reflect the natural beauty of the area. Guest access Guests may utilize the patio and deck for morning or evening relaxation. The coffee bar area is open morning and evening for refreshment. The laundry may be accessed morning or evening 8am - 9pm. The garage recreational storage area is easily accessible from entrance to home and guest suite area. During your stay This is our primary home so my husband and I live and work in our home. However, we also love to meet new people and want to make our guests feel at home. At the same time, we know some prefer to enjoy their relaxation time privately and that is ok too. Other things to note The home has many books on travel and other topics of interest if guests like to read. The sound system in the guest room is high quality with access to Cable TV and streaming with guest accounts if guests would like to listen to music, see an old movie or watch the news.
