Beautiful modern 1 bedroom apartment in historic building downtown Memphis. Only steps away from Main Street and walking distance from Beale Street. Trolley access and beautiful views of the Mississippi River from the rooftop. Free parking in the garage behind the building for one vehicle and also high speed internet. The space One Queen size bed and an air mattress that fits two people. Full kitchen and bathroom Guest access Guest will receive a key and a code to access the building and garage upon arrival. If the key is lost or stolen guest will be charged a $200 fee. You can walk to everything around you such as Beale St, The Orpheum Theater, FedEx Forum, The National Civil Rights Museum and Dozens of Restaurants and Bars. Other things to note Please wear a mask in the building. :) Also, no parties or super loud music. Please be respectful to the neighbors and also my home.
