A unique space tucked away in Montecito Heights--just 15 minutes away from Downtown LA and Pasadena and a stone's throw from Highland Park. The one bedroom in-law unit has a spacious sitting area, with a TV & desk, that opens to a patio and our backyard. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and has an adjoining bathroom. There is lots of free street parking. We provide coffee, a microwave and a small fridge for light food prep. The space The unit is tucked away in the back of our house. You will wake up to birds chirping since we are surrounded by trees and very close to a canyon with lots of hiking. The sitting room and bedroom is around 1000 square feet. The sitting room is light filled with windows and a sliding door which opens to a deck. The unit has a comfortable sitting area with a television. We provide a spacious work area with a desk, and monitor (HDMI cord provided) and a comfortable chair to make working from home enjoyable. The bedroom is right off the sitting area. It has a spacious closet, a bathroom with a shower and a very comfortable Tempurpedic queen bed. The carpet in the room is new and the space feels very private. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the gorgeous LA weather. Guest access You can Lyft or Uber to our neighborhood but if you have a car, there is lots of free street parking.
