Create memories at our quiet river cottage. This 2-story home has 2 rooms on the second floor, both with queen beds, and and a man cave suite room downstairs with full size bed. Great family getaway. Located a few feet away from Trinity River, you can walk in seconds from the house. If you're searching for a peaceful and relaxing place, look no further. There is a fishing pier, public village picnic area and boat ramp. Security cameras installed outdoors only. Guest access Guest has access to the Village picnic area and fishing is allowed. If you have a boat, slip is just across the lot and key will be provided. You can also bring your kayak. Swimming is not allowed by the Village. Other things to note Easy access to boat ramp which is just across the parking lot. You can also bring your kayak or paddle board and fish too.
