This room in a shared apartment is on the Acequia Trail, and 1/2 a block from nearby tennis courts. I have 3 bikes you can use. Walk or ride this trail just a few minutes to get to downtown, Whole Foods, and Trader Joes, and the Rail-yard with free live music concerts several times a week. Less than a block away you’ll find the amazing cafes; Cafecito and Counter Culture and Ikonic. Salvador Perez gym, located 3min drive away is just $4/day for drop in visits. The space This is a bedroom room for rent in a two bedroom apartment. This apartment is located up the upstairs on the 2 floor floor. When you enter it is straight ahead and on the room on the right. Be sure to use this room as the other may be booked. I keep some belongings here including food and clothes. There is not much room in the closet but you will be able to hang a few things. Outside of this room is a large beautiful back porch for you to enjoy. I keep my office on this back porch. I will need access to this room and this porch a couple times a day between the hours of 10am-6pm and I will always message you prior to entering. I rent out both rooms so from time to time other guests may be sharing the common spaces such as the kitchen and bathroom while you are here. Make yourself at home in the living and dining room. If you arrive late, after 9pm, just keep volume low. Especially, if another guest is staying. I will advise you when someone else is staying. It is expected guests adhere to the house rules and manual to avoid negatively impacting others use of the common spaces. Feel free to use spices, condiments, laundry soap/washer/dryer. Your 2 bath towels are rolled up on the shelf above the toilet. Guest access There’s one parking spot available on a first come first served basis located in front of the apartment entrance parallel to the gas meters and more spots on the street right across from the house. I like to use the bend in the curb at the end of our building. You'll see what i mean when you arrive. During your stay I use this apartment as my office. When i'm in town, i will tend to stop by regularly and I like to set up my laptop and work from the dining table. Im typically around, on and off, between the hours of about 8am -7pm. I don’t notify you when I’m dropping by. I just tend to come and go. Have breakfast and take a shower. So it’s important to me the common rooms are clutter free. And you keep all your items in your room or designated areas. Other things to note The room has a ceiling fan and gets ac flow from the living room. I recommend leaving the door open while your in the apartment with the ceiling fan on to circulate cool air from the living room. There is filtered water from the mini faucet in the kitchen sink.
