Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. *Guests must pay a $75 registration fee to the Golden Sands building upon check-in. This fee is unavoidable (we are so sorry) and it must be paid at check-in so there is no way that we can pay it in advance - we are sorry for this inconvenience** This is only one fee per reservation, not per person. - One parking spot is included in the Parking Permit A second spot can be rented from building management for $20/day. - Also, we do not supply linens (sheets and towels) but we do have a couple linen services that we can recommend. - We supply enough toilet paper and paper towels for an average stay. If you use an excessive amount, you may want to bring some extra. - During the off-season prices are reduced, but that is also the time that neighbors may be remodeling, which can, sometimes, result in construction noise. This is out of our control, so should be considered before booking any unit in OC in the off-season. * If you need groceries, you can order it online from a local grocery store. * At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in a trash shoot located on each floor. * If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.
