Your southbay hideaway. Backhouse studio in Gardena beautifully furnished with complete use of backyard oasis with small pond, waterfall, brand new hottub and sitting areas. Just minutes from LAX and beaches, this secluded property is an urban escape from the daily grind. The backhouse provides an intimate, simple and restful retreat for 2 people comfortably. Guest access The entire backyard entertaining area is for guest use including the grill, hot tub and outdoor dining area. At times, the main house residents (the hosts) will enter the backyard as well. The washer/dryer in the garage are also shared. The access gate has a security latch. Please ask if you are unsure how it works. Other things to note Please Note: We have recently installed a brand new hot tub for guest use! We have one, actively recording ring doorbell camera at the front door of the main house overlooking the driveway which records video and audio. This device is on the exterior of the property. Due to social distancing mandates, we do not allow parties or large gatherings at this time. We will be keeping an eye on the front entrance to ensure only registered guests are entering. Guests of guests require prior approval. Communication and respect for house rules is key. Thank you
