Comfortable bedroom in a smoke-free home with queen bed, private bath. This is not a whole house rental. VISITORS OR PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OUR HOME. Home is 40 minutes from downtown, AA center. 35 minutes from the airport, AT&T stadium, and Globe Life Park. For our Intern guests, We are 10 minutes from Methodist health center Midlothian and 15 minutes to Baylor Waxahachie or Mansfield Methodist. Quiet estate neighborhood with over 2 acres of wooded space This listing is for a private bedroom and bath area. Full access to kitchen, laundry and shared living space. Parking is free and on our driveway off the street. Access to a car is preferred but there is Uber and Lyft service in the area. There is not public transportation. We allow our guests as much privacy they want. We are also happy to offer suggestions for dining, activities or anything else. This is a very quiet neighborhood, rolling hills to make a walk or jog more interesting.
