Welcome to The Raven’s Nest! Nestled deep within the Los Padres National Forest is The Raven’s Nest! This luxurious retreat is located in Pine Mountain Club, CA & is only a 90-minute trip north of LA! If you seek peace, beauty & privacy, this is the place for you. Our area is REMOTE with a small population of permanent residents. This is an ideal place to get away from crowds, people and the city! The space The Raven’s Nest is a remote, three-story house located on a half-acre, hillside lot. We are also on a private driveway that is shared with only one other house. ****We also have the fastest Wi-Fi on the mountain with 100 Download Speed and 10 Upload Speed so you can conduct Zoom and Team meetings.***** We offer a large loft and a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and pull-out full-size sofa bed, one bedroom with a bunk beds for children on the main level, a pull-out king size sofa bed in the living room, and twin size bunk beds in the basement. The bottom floor/basement can act as a separate area for a small family or couple. It has a small kitchenette plus private bathroom and entrance. We sleep a total of ten comfortably. We also have two decks and ample parking for TEN which is rare in the mountains. We are located only a few blocks from town and close to Mil Potrero Frontage Road. This is especially important in the winter when higher up it is more difficult to get to due to snow and ice. And our road is always plowed. We are only a one-minute drive to town and also walkable. Our unique get-a-way offers a full-sized kitchen, 3 bathrooms, living room and dining area. We have three flat screen televisions (1 is 50”, 2 are 42”), two Blu-Rays, BBQ, DVD, WI-FI internet and tons of movies to binge watch! Also, if you want to savor the peace and tranquility, we have dozens of books for you to enjoy hours on end! The Raven’s Nest is ideal for a romantic weekend getaway, a month of solitude or a weeklong vacation with the entire family because this is a large house! If you are stressed out and just need time to decompress from your busy and hectic life in the city, this is the place to unwind and get back to nature! There is no such word as “stress” here. There is only peace, quiet and time to R-E-L-A-X, ahhhhh! Guest access The entire cabin is available for your use. This is a three story, bright cabin. Other things to note No smoking please. Pets allowed with $50 Pet Fee per pet. No parties or events. Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check out by 11 AM. Security deposit is $200 No music or loud talking outside past 9PM. The mountain is tranquil and sounds carry. No open fires outdoors allowed anywhere on Pine Mountain. No food can be left outside, in cars, or in the open. BEARS! Return Club passes back to the cabin after use. There is a $35 fee per lost pass. Cleaning fee: $150 Two-night minimum stay thank you.
