Tropical Reef is a cheerful 270 sq. ft. studio on the third floor with a view of the pool in the courtyard of the Palm Beach Hotel Condominium located steps from the beach. This cozy room features a King-sized bed, a new kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, and K-cup coffee maker. Amenities: valet, Smart TV, WiFi, fan, and AC. Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella are also provided. Please note: there is ongoing facade construction Monday-Friday from 9 am to 4:30 pm. The space Palm Beach Hotel and Condominium is a true Historic Landmark complete with the feel of a bygone era and many pleasing architectural details to discover. The Palm Beach Hotel-Condominium many amenities include a large heated swimming pool set in a tropical garden, multimedia room, library, over sized lobby (the location of the Palm Beach Day Spa), barbecue facilities, coin operated laundry and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxing.  The rent includes cable TV, wireless Internet, water and electricity. There is a flat screen TV, air-conditioning as well as a kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, sink and cutlery.  The Palm Beach Hotel-Condominium has a 24-hour staffed front desk and on site management which allows for easy, any time of day, check-in/check-out. Building Amenities include a large heated swimming pool set within a tropical garden, a multimedia room, library, expansive lobby (which houses the Palm Beach Day Spa), coin-operated laundry, and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxation. A taxi from the West Palm Beach Airport only takes about 10 minutes and costs roughly $18. Parking on Sunrise Avenue, infront of the building is limited to 1 hour between 9 AM and 6 PM daily. If you happen to arrive around 6 PM, you can park your car in front of the hotel and leave it overnight until 10 AM the next morning. Please move your car by 10 AM or risk getting ticketed with a $50 fine. Palm Beach Hotel Condominium Residences provide FREE VALET Services 8AM to 11PM UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30, 2024 ONLY. There is a 2 hour parking places available on North County Road (East of the building) and Bradley Plaza (West of the building) that is 2 minutes walk from the building. Guest access Everything you need for your mind, body and spirit is either walking distance or a short drive away from the apartment – beach, walk/bike trails, religious or spiritual communities, yoga studios, art centers, spas, stores, and entertainment. The ocean is a 7-minute stroll away. Located directly across from the hotel-condo is Palm Beach’s favorite sushi restaurant – Echo. Next to Echo is Publix, a supermarket catering to all your grocery needs. Near by, there are also restaurants like The Honor, Toojay's, Palm Beach Grill, Greens Pharmacy (a popular breakfast eatery/drugstore), Amici's Italian Grocery/Organic market and the Breaker's Hotel.  Enjoy world famous shopping on Worth Avenue, only a 10 minute drive away, City Place in West Palm is a 10 min drive, The new Palm Beach Outlet Mall is also a 10 min drive. Other things to note There may be occasional maintenance work within the building during weekday business hours (Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM). · Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM · PLUMBING & HOT WATER — This is a historic building with older pipes. Hot water may take up to 15–20 minutes to reach full temperature, and drainage can be slower than in newer buildings. We kindly ask guests to be mindful not to use excessive toilet paper, as the system can clog more easily. Thank you for your understanding. · A/C — The unit may freeze if set below 68°F. If this happens, please turn it off for a few minutes before restarting. · In some of our 1-bedroom apartments, A/C is located in the living room only. The bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan or portable fan. · The building has monthly pest control service. However, Florida natives such as palmetto bugs and sugar ants may occasionally enter seeking shelter. This is common in the area and not a cause for concern. · There is a shared pool in the courtyard and laundry facilities available to all residents and guests. · Suitable for families; however, the unit is not equipped with outlet covers, corner guards, or other childproofing features. · If you have a service or emotional support animal, building management may request documentation and vaccination records. · If you need anything or have any concerns, please text or call us right away so we can assist as quickly as possible with anything within our control. · This is a privately owned condominium within a shared residential building, not a full-service hotel.
