Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. A private one bedroom apartment in the front section of our home, Cal-King Bed, your own private kitchen/sitting area, private bathroom, airy with nice windows and up-down blinds for privacy. No steps. Home is just 4 years old. Free parking in driveway in front of house. Large screen tv, internet, dishwasher, large sink with disposal, microwave, location is half way between Shakespeare Festival in Ashland and vinyards of Phoenix. The space Rooms are cozy but comfortable with armschairs, and padded dining room chairs. Dining table is expandable. Cooking is on Isler cooktops and a microwave. No full oven. Good size fridge, full size dishwasher, full size flat screen tv with Youtube, Netflix, Sling Guest access Parking is in driveway. You can easily walk to grocery, library, post office, restaurants. You can ride bikes to vinyards that are close and to the Bear Creek Greenery bike trail which is 15 miles long and starts six blocks away. Other things to note No smoking.We have many good forested areas to enjoy in our valley with good hikes at Prescott Park, Table Rocks, and Grizzly Peak. We also have three vinyards with tasting rooms within about 1/2 mile of our home. There are more than another dozen vinyards within driving distance. Many of the vinyards have music on weekends and are great fun. Select to open user profile for Mark Mark 9:21 AM In addition I encourage you to look at the plays available at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, the Camelot theater in Talent, Or and the Oregon Cabaret Theater in Ashland, and the Craterian Theater in Medford, OR. OUr home is a short driving distance from these theaters, and they have many opportunities for good entertainment. In addition the bike path 1/2 mile from our home is about 12 miles of paved trail, much of which is excellent for riding. If you want to drive a bit further, then Grants Pass, OR has Rogue jet boat excursions with dinner trips through Hells Gate Canyon on the Rogue River. These jet boats hold about thirty people and they provide a gorgeous and exciting ride. If you continue that direction you can drive out to the Applegate river area which has many beautiful parks, trails, and vinyards. Our area is heavily forested in the Mountains around. Most people will take a drive up to Crater Lake which is a national park about 60 miles from and breathtaking. The drive up there is beautiful with lovely lakes, river, and forests all along the way. It is one of several directions you can go to see more lovely forests than you will have time to visit.
