Our house is located right across from Downsview Park, a stunning healing place with few lakes and small forest. TTC is our friend and it takes us 1 minute to be at the bus stop to head to subway station or 5 minutes drive to 401. The space This room is featured with a sturdy queen-sized bed with a side table on its left, a round-table set for your own tea time on its right. There's also a full working desk and chair, a small walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. This room is located at the basement but has a floor heating system implemented that keeps you warm at night. There is a washer and dryer right outside your room as well. Kitchen and Dining area is shared among other guests. This room has a sturdy queen size bed and a side table on the left, and a round table set on the right for tea time. There is also a fully equipped work desk and chair, a small walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The kitchen and dining area are shared with other guests. Guest access You have access to your room, shared kitchen, shared dining area and washer/dryer. We offer a refrigerator and cabinet for your cold foods. Your section is numbered according to your room number. We offer basic spices like salt, pepper, and sugar. You are free to use dishes, cups, cooking tools, pans, and pots. Please limit your cooking time to 2 hrs and help us share the kitchen with other guests. Shared dining is permitted on the island table and please minimize your noise after 12am so other guests can sleep. You can use the washer and dryer from 7pm-10pm weekdays or 10am-10pm during weekends. You can use the guest room, shared kitchen, shared dining area, washing machine/dryer. We provide a fridge and cabinet to store cold food. Your section is numbered according to your room number. We provide basic spices such as salt, pepper, and sugar.
