If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - 8 amenity wristbands are provided and more cannot be purchased. 8 is the max allowed by the community. Children under 5 do not need a wristband. A wristband must be worn on the wrist at all times when using community amenities. - All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the community dumpster conveniently located at the entrance to Towamensing Trails. - There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community. - Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. - This home does not have private trash collection, thus trash will have to be brought to the community compactor. Parking Details: A maximum of 4 cars can park onsite. All vehicles must display vehicle passes while in the community. [DISCLAIMERS] - No smoking inside the home; smoking is allowed outside. Subject to a $300 fine. - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced.
