There are 3 TV screens in this apartment, one in each room. There are security cameras located outside the building and in the common entrance hallway only, but not inside the front door of the apartment. There are 2 free parking spaces next to the apartment. Our fitness gym is accessible from Main St for our guests only. BEST QUALITY FOR YOUR STAY! This 1,000 sq-ft apartment is privately located behind Riverside Physical Therapy and Priority Fitness gym center. The gym is open daily between 5:00 am and 12:00 midnight. Confirmed guests will have access to this gym with a scan card. For security purposes, there are multiple security cameras and security lights outside the building. Each room is very spacious. The main upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds with a 48–inch flatscreen TV mounted on the wall. The large downstairs lounge/bedroom has a queen-size pullout sofa bed. There is also a 55-inch flatscreen HDTV mounted on the wall. There is a full size bathroom on the upstairs main floor, a full size kitchen with refrigerator (with some condiments available), range oven, above-the-range microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. We also have Folgers caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee in the cupboard for guests to use. There is a 6-person dining table, and a bar with 3 chairs. There are plates, bowls, eating utensils, pots and pans, knife set with scissors, a can opener, salad tongs and spatulas available for use. There is a medium-sized living room with 2 lazy boy-like recliner chairs, a couch, and a 55-inch flatscreen HDTV. Maximum occupancy is 6. We are conveniently located close to the I-5 freeway Exit 98 which can be accessed within 1-2 min by car. Parking on Main St and side streets are free. There are 2 dedicated guest parking spaces next to the apartment building off the street. If you are a confirmed guest, I can be reached by email or text in case of emergencies, or other needed information about the apartment. There is a park and outdoor stage just a short walk from the apartment. You can walk up and down Main St where restaurants, cafes and other stores are located. There is a hair salon/hair dresser (TWISTED CURL) just around the building. Parking is free anywhere. A door entry digital passcode will be sent by email or text before your arrival. Any damages incurred in the premise will be billed and charged to your credit card on file. Please keep the place tidy upon your checkout time.
