Sea Dog House in Pacific Beach

3 bedroom 2 bath home pet friendly The space This 3 bedroom 2 bath home sleeps 8 and is located in Pacific Beach Washington. Upstairs features the master bedroom with a king sized bed, sitting area with a gas fireplace, and deck with an ocean view. There is also a guest room upstairs with a queen size bed. Downstairs you will find the open living room, dining room and kitchen to gather in. The 3rd bedroom is also downstairs with a queen sized bed. There is a pull out couch in the living room. The public beach access is just 2 blocks away. There is a exterior security camera.  No Smoking , Dogs are okay with an additional fee. Other things to note There is a 2 night minimum stay, 3 nights during the holidays. All homes have a cleaning fee. You must be 25 years or older to reserve and stay at any of our Condos or Beach Houses. The person who reserves must be present at check in. This property does allow dogs. The charge is $25 per pet per night plus tax. This charge would be due at check in airbnb does not collect pet fees. (no cats)
