This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 8 guests and features ocean views, a gas fireplace, and plenty of space to unwind after a day at the beach. Enjoy the fenced backyard with a picnic table, fire pit, and several unique artisan woodcarvings that add to the coastal charm. Whether you’re beachcombing, clam digging, or relaxing by the fire, The Sea Dog House is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy beach life. The house does not have cable TV it has a Roku TV so you will still get lots of channels like Netflix and Pandora. Dogs welcome with additional fee. No smoking. Exterior security camera on property. Regarding a few reviews about the internet being spotty, we did have that issue resolved and it is working great now! Other things to note There is a 2 night minimum stay, 3 nights during the holidays. All homes have a cleaning fee. You must be 25 years or older to reserve and stay at any of our Condos or Beach Houses. The person who reserves must be present at check in. This property does allow dogs. The charge is $25 per pet per night plus tax. This charge would be due at check in airbnb does not collect pet fees. (no cats)
