Cheerful 4-bedroom home in South Lake Tahoe

Cozy, easy, and near the mountain. 🏔 Our family's home has all the things you'll need. Upstairs we have a living room with a fireplace, a nook for games and reading a well-appointed kitchen, and a large dining room 🍽. Downstairs, you’ll find four cozy bedrooms — a primary with a king bed, a TV room with a king, a guest bedroom with a queen, and a kids bedroom with four twins oriented in bunk beds (top bunks are best for kids, per manufacturer recommendations!) The house has 2.5 bathrooms. The space This is a four bedroom house in a small neighborhood off of Pioneer Trail. We ask that you be thoughtful of our neighbors! Quiet hours must be observed between 10 PM and 8 AM per county requirement and occupancy is limited during those hours. The house is best for 6 guests, though we can flex up to 8 if some of them are children! Guest access Keyless entry with a code that we change with every guest. You can park in our garage and in the driveway, but no street parking per county regulations. In the winter, if it may snow, we recommend four wheel drive and snow tires with high ground clearance. Other things to note We spend a lot of time in our home, and it contains our personal items and some family heirlooms. We’d appreciate you treating it like we would!
