The space Cozy Woodland Cottage Stay Relax in a comfortable living space with a large sectional, 55” TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+), fast WiFi, and a dining area ideal for remote work or light meals. Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooking essentials, plus a Smeg coffee maker and electric kettle. Bedrooms: Two spacious rooms with queen beds and freshly washed linens (European-style bedding, no top sheet). Bathroom: Small tub perfect for soaking—Epsom salts provided. Cooling: Window AC in the larger bedroom; fan in the second room. Good to Know Well Water: Safe to drink, but may have a natural mineral smell. BRITA filter provided. (Unlikely since water system upgrade) Wooded Setting: You may see bugs—it’s part of being in nature. Laundry: Washer/dryer in an unfinished basement. Please contact me in advance if laundry access is crucial for your stay. Construction Notice (April–June): The basement is currently under construction and is off-limits, along with the garage, due to stored materials.
