Hi Everyone! Welcome to my beautiful private guest house. There’s one master bedroom with a lovely closet and two queen memory foam beds. In the private house there’s also a very roomy living room with a reversible sofa bed. In the living room there’s a nice fireplace and a 55” inches TV with Netflix connection. There’s also a kitchen, laundry room and 1 bathroom. You will truly enjoy living in this wonderful newly built private guest house. There’s also HS WiFi and it’s own private pathway. Other things to note No one is allowed to park across the street! Only on my side of the street and in my driveway! Please park in the drive way, just make sure to make room for other cars to get in and out. Make sure to lock your door since there’s other room/house I rent out on Airbnb. No pets please! Or there will be an additional charges of $100 a night. Must do your dishes before you check out or there will be a fine of $100. Late check out is a dollar a min. Thank you for Smoke outside please! Plenty of spaces to smoke outside! $75 fees for violation if you’re caught smoking inside the house. Throw the cigarette buds inside the trash bin next to the patio! Violation will incur additional fee such as: Bringing pets - $ 100 Unwashed dishes after check-out -$ 100 Late check-out fee -$ 1 a min. Tesla station per charges: $40 Extra people: $10 a person
