Relax in your private backyard with stunning mountain views, BBQ, and sitting area. Easy highway access makes exploring Phoenix a breeze! The space While this adorable studio guest does share a wall with the main house it’s completely independent and private. There is only one entrance to the Guest house which is the front door. It has a private entrance and a private backyard that can only be accessed by the guests staying there. The parking is also independent from the main house. It has been renovated and painted; we have also replaced the air conditioning unit and mounted the TV on the wall to create more space in the room.
