Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (plus bunks) house on Lake Hamilton. It's a perfect place to enjoy the lake or the many things that Hot Springs has to offer. Extra amenities include smart TVs in the living areas and bedrooms. We have a beautiful lake view from both levels of deck with sitting and dining areas, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, and an outdoor fire pit. Down near the water we have a canoe, kayaks, a standup paddle board, and a dock where you can store your boat, swim, or fish. The space The house is 12 minutes from the Mid-America Science museum! Harps, Walmart and Trejo’s Mexican Restaurant are 10 minutes away. There are good fishing spots nearby & a neighborhood boat launch. The natural light in the house is wonderful upstairs and down. A wooden swing sits on the bottom porch overlooking the water. Guest access The entire house is accessible to guests! Other things to note There are indoor and outdoor stairs.
