Lots of nice houses in the area and also come that look like they need work, it's a process. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can get to the fun within 3 minutes. You would be booking a house with all the house amaneties and have access to a master bedroom. We used to have two bedrooms but we have locked it for child use.
