Main Floor (upstairs): Upstairs has a Living room with a vaulted ceiling, large TV, comfy sectional sofa, and beautiful electric (and heated) fireplace! There are three bedrooms, 2 with queen-sized beds and 1 master, with an ensuite full bathroom. Additionally, you will find a second full bathroom with a tub. The full kitchen has cooking and eating utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, a stove, an oven, and a full-size refrigerator. Please bring your own food, refreshments, and condiments. The dining area has a table with seating for 6 expandable to 8. On the main floor, you will also find plenty of windows with an immaculate view of the mountains, as well as a glass sliding door that opens to a large balcony. The balcony has a secondary outdoor dining table, surrounding chairs, propane barbeque, and propane fire pit. Downstairs: Downstairs has a full-size bedroom with 2 full-size bunk beds and a pullout couch. This room also has a smart tv, a large coffee table to play plenty of games & of course, an ensuite full bathroom! Lastly (but certainly not to be overlooked), you will find a game room equipped with giant-sized tic tac toe and connect 4, as well as a pool table & darts! You will also find a refrigerator to have your refreshments on hand, along with another smart tv! The best part, the game room has a garage door that opens up to nature outside! Outside/Surrounding: Outfront you will find plenty of space to run around with the kids, or just take a seat and relax by our wood-burning firepit. Please be sure to pay attention to current fire restrictions in the area. Looking for a quick secluded spot to relax? Check out our hammock behind the property (take the steps alongside each side of the house)! You may have to climb a little, so please be cautious where you step! But surely not something you want to miss! Want to take a small hike to see more of the natural beauty surrounding? Walk down to the river, maybe 100 yards away, and enjoy the trails on either side, accessible to only owners and guests of East Verde Estates! In the early evening or mornings, you might even catch a glimpse of wildlife! You will be given a personalized code during your stay. This code will expire upon check out. House on the Hill is located in the quiet and secluded neighborhood of East Verde Estates, just 10 minutes from the town of Payson! House on the Hill is located just past a water bridge. This is a cement bridge that runs with about 2-4 inches of water at all times. Never cross this bridge while flooded. We are not pet-friendly, so please make plans for your furry friends back at home! Absolutely NO SMOKING on site.
