Charming Room in North Buffalo

Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Buffalo, NY. This charming home has been renovated and equipped with everything you may need for your stay. Located 10 minutes from DT Buffalo, 25 minutes to Niagara Falls, minutes from several great restaurants, bars, cafes, boutiques, UB south medical campus and several hospitals: ECMC, Sisters Hospital, Catholic Health, Oshi Childrens hospital and others. You'll find yourself centrally located to all the great things in the area. The space Your Room: Directly left of the kitchen. On each bedside table you’ll have a touch lamp, just tap anywhere on the black metal. They’re adjustable to 3 levels of brightness and also have plugs for you to easily charge any of your electronics. Remotes for the TV are on the stand right below. In the closet you’ll find towels for your convenience during your stay. Please leave dirty towels in the hamper located in the closet at the end of your stay. Kitchen: My ask is that you respect our space, clean up after yourself and rinse your dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. You enter the home through the kitchen, fully equipped for all your cooking needs during your stay. Pots and pans are hanging, baking sheets are located beneath the oven, cutting boards in the cabinet right of dishwasher. All your cups, plates & bowls are in the cabinet above the dishwasher. There are tons of spices available to you in the cabinets up top, to the left of the sink. Different utensils are located in the drawers, with the silverware to the right of the oven. On top of the fridge you’ll also see various kinds of oils for your cooking. Cleaning supplies are all located underneath the sink. Dining Room: Here you’ll be able to sit down, relax, have conversation, play games, enjoy a meal, whatever it is, you’ll have plenty of space. The coffee bar is also located out here. There is a grinder with fresh beans and a coffee maker for your convenience. A portable fan is available here, right outside your room if you would like to use it. Living Room: Large TV with an Amazon FireStick and very comfortable couches that feature 2 way adjustment and USB charging. You’ll be able to fully recharge and relax while you put on a movie. When watching a movie, you can use the FireStick remote for volume, however make sure to hit the TV button in the top left corner of the black Bose remote. This ensures that you’re getting the best sound quality! Bathroom: My ask is that you keep the space clean. The first door on your right in the hallway off of the kitchen. You’ll have the second shelf in here to keep all your toiletries for ease of use. In the shower on the bottom shelf, you’ll find all your shower essentials readily available for you. If you don’t want to use them you can simply just remove them and place them on the shelf behind the bathroom door. Behind the door you’ll also find additional toilet paper and paper towels as needed. Guest access It would be easiest to drive when traveling around. The home is centrally located with many grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and so much more all within a short 5-10 minute drive. Parking is on-street and always available. During your stay I'll be just a text or phone call away with any questions or concerns. My roommate and I are excited to share our space, but we're often in and out of the home. If we run in to one another we'll be happy to talk and give any recommendations you may want :-) Other things to note There is a cat that sometimes will come to our floor, but mainly lives in the basement.
