The space IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the guest number in your reservation reflects the total number of persons who will be staying at the apartment. Guest numbers that exceed the numbers in the reservation will be turned away and the reservation will be considered invalid (as the Airbnb insurance is rated based on guest numbers). Any additional daytime visitors to the property will need to be approved by the hosts in advance. Guest access Guests will have private entrance. Shared use of side yard and grill (must bring own charcoal). Unit contains fishing gear (must acquire PA license) and water tubes for river use, but access to the river is shared, not private. Other things to note Unit is on second floor, with no elevator and is accessed from outside staircase. It is located over an operating business, and there is an additional occupied apartment next door. Noise levels must be maintained during weekday work hours and daily after 10pm. The train tracks and Amtrak station are right across the river from the apartment. You will be able to watch the trains (and hear them) from the unit.
