We are located in the heart of San Gabriel Valley in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods. You’re within minutes of some of the best culinary experiences the west coast has to offer. You’re also within driving distance to the top tourist destinations around the Los Angeles area. The space This house has complied with the CDC COVID19 cleaning protocols, it is sanitized and cleaned before every check-in. Hand sanitizer is fully stocked for the safety of our guests. You can now work remotely with our upgraded FAST WiFi with a top download speed of 400MB / min. A new modern desk is located in bedroom #2 for a quiet and efficient workspace while you are away from home. This is a newly remodeled and nicely decorated 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom single-family house located in Arcadia. Measures approximately 1100 square feet. Brand new Samsung stainless steel appliances. New french door style refrigerator with ice maker, and brand new Samsung quiet Dishwasher in the kitchen. The master bedroom consists of 1 Queen size bed and a private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has 1 Queen size bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Double beds. There is a 2nd bathroom located in the hallway. There's a huge 50" TV in the living room equipped with Roku. (You must use your own login credentials for Netflix, Prime Video, DirecTV, etc) Another 55inch Smart TV in the master bedroom. A washer and dryer are in the house, detergents and cleaning supplies are always stocked for our guests. Guest access Our Guests will have full access to the main house. Other things to note Our home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors at all times. DO NOT trespass on neighbor's property, don't bother any neighbors. My neighbors are police officers. They are very involved in neighborhood activities and the neighborhood watch program. No loud noises, no parties allowed. Absolutely no unregistered guests at all.
