Spacious Home w/ Cozy Vibe near AT&T Stadium DFW

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a group of friends or the entire family. Less than 5-min drive from AT&T Stadium and less than 10-min away from Six Flags over Texas and Hurricane Harbor. There is no need to cook considering the close proximity to several delicious restaurants, eateries, and entertainment sports bars such as TEXAS LIVE! and the Revolver Brewhouse...just to name a couple! This home is also a quick 20-min drive to/from DFW Airport. Definitely a cozy home away from home. The space Our spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms home close to Arlington’s entertainment district has all you need for your stay. The house was renovated in 2021, and it has fresh paints and new flooring throughout. As you enter the house you will find the living room, here you can enjoy a 55” Smart TV with Netflix, and a wood burning fire place. Next, you will find a fully equipped kitchen. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. We provide a Keurig coffee maker, with complementary coffee pods (we only provide regular coffee, you are welcome to bring your favorite). The master bedroom has a king size bed with a pillow top mattress. In the master closet you will find a rollaway bed with all bedding necessary. Washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. Towels will be accommodating to guest staying in the property. NO PARTIES or excessive noise in or on the property. This will be enforced, and braking this rule will end up in reservation cancelation. Guest access The property is ideally located in the heart of Dallas Fort Worth. Less than 5 min drive to Arlington entertainment such as, AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, Texas Live, Hurricane Harbor. Less than 10 minutes drive to Trader’s Village, IKEA, Paragon Outlet Mall, and Parks Mall. Location has easy access to major freeways, making it fast to get anywhere in the DFW area. Other things to note Due to the recent pandemic we are taking EXTRA precaution and time to sanitize the entire house. Thanks Other things to note Backyard is under construction and will be an enjoyable outdoor entertainment patio space with a fire pit, flat screen, and comfortable covered seating. The storage shed will include a small gym area. Don't mind the neighbors dogs, they stop barking once they see you are not fazed by them. You can not hear them inside and they are usually quiet. There is a fence that separates the properties. Lastly, there is a bunk bed upstairs. Be sure to watch your head while sleeping on the top bunk.
