This rustic cabin is fully furnished and has shared beachfront a few feet away from your door. Picnic tables, firepits, a charcoal grill and beach furniture help round out your quintessential Up North experience here in Oscoda. One of six cottages in Anchorage Cottages & Retreat Center. Not direct lake view, but the water in only a few feet away. Wifi is spotty, so if you need to relax and disconnect, this cottage would be perfect for you. No pets allowed. There is some road noise, as we are right on US-23. We have limited beach space but the view is spectacular in any season! Two parking spaces per cottage. The Owners live in the Big House in between the cottages. We at ARC Intend to create a space for our guests to rest, relax, and cultivate lasting memories with their chosen travel companions. Golf Courses, Fishing, Water sports and ATVs are a major pull to the area where the Great Lake and the mighty Au Sable River meet. The Beach has rock by the water to protect the sand from erosion. Our area has been hit hard the last few years. Young children may need help getting in the water from our dock. Swim at own risk.
