ECU Health/ECU, spacious master, garage parking!

Relax in this quiet home away from home with a well-appointed kitchen, outdoor entertaining area, garage parking, and reliably fast wi-fi. All you need to bring is your suitcase and laptop. Watch the birds and deer as you sip your morning coffee from the sunroom or back deck. Less than 2 miles to Vidant/Brody School of Medicine/ECU SoDM and less than 5 miles to ECU main campus. The space The property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in a small, quiet subdivision of single family homes. The property adjoins an easement with a creek, so the back deck overlooks mature forest. The shared living room, kitchen, and dining/sunroom are an open floorplan. Bedroom: You will sleep in the master suite, which is furnished with a king bed, night stands, and two generously wide dressers. There is a walk-in closet and the en-suite bath has a luxurious large whirlpool tub. Common space: Living Room: The television and an electric fireplace are the focal point of the living room. The sunroom/dining room has a table for four, and features a bar cart with cocktail tools and a rotating basic stock of spirits. The kitchen features a bar height island with seating. A selection of interesting coffee beans (with electric grinder or a Hario hand mill) is provided for a french press or Hario V60 dripper. A Keurig and a selection of K-cups are also provided when you can't be bothered for fussy coffee prep. Kitchen is well-equipped: kitchen scale, Calphalon skillet, cast iron wok and skillet (PLEASE no soap on the cast iron), juicer, grater, mini-cuisinart, and tools for rudimentary baking. Basic spices, starter staples, foil, parchment, storage containers/bags are provided. Fridge has in-door water and ice. Outside shoes are not allowed in the house. Entryway has a space for shoe storage, as well as spray 70% ethanol and Cavi-wipes(for your phone and keys), hand sanitizer, and a supply of KN95 masks. House has electronic entry alarm. Laundry has washer, dryer, iron/ironing board. Detergent is provided. Garage has a workbench space and basic tools including a shop-vac and car cleaning supplies. Some garage storage available (like for your bike maybe?). You may park 1 vehicle in the garage. Note, the garage space is not long enough for a full size extended cab pickup. Our GMC canyon extended cab fits, but an F150 crew cab does not. There is curbside single-stream recycling, and the host composts vegetable kitchen waste on site. Bar height seating is available on the back deck and a small stone fire pit area is situated in the back yard between a butterfly garden and a feature daylily garden. Guest access Kitchen, living room, sun room, and back yard are shared. Guest can park 1 vehicle in the garage. Additional vehicles should park on the street as I park on the left half of the driveway. Be aware there is a fire hydrant in the corner of the front yard and someone was once ticketed for parking in front of it. During your stay I live at the property for part of the week. I will be available by phone with any guest needs. Other things to note Host retains private use of the smaller two bedrooms and the 2nd bath. (In other words, if you bring a guest, they will need to use the en suite bathroom in the master bedroom.) Host is in Greenville typically only 1 night a week in summer and 2-3 nights a week during the academic year, so you will mostly have the whole space to yourself. Paper goods, cleaning products, and any such consumables are stocked for your arrival. Longer term guests (>30 days) should expect to replenish your own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent as you run out.
