Come stay with us! Your visit helps us restore a beautiful old tudor revival home! I aim to offer you a comfortable, yet unique experience that takes you back in time when Detroit was a booming metropolis. Enjoy the charms of an old house, relax in a deep cast iron tub, or simply enjoy your own comfortable quiet room with private bath while you visit Detroit! An extra heads up: We have a small/medium dog (in the pictures) she likes to bark a strangers but is otherwise harmless. The space Private 3rd floor suite with private bath in a 100 yr old tudor revival home with original wood work, doors, fixtures throughout. Room has TV with Firestick for visitors to log in and use their own subscriptions and includes an antenna to watch local channels. Room has mini fridge, queen sized bed, dresser, closet, and desk with wifi service. AC unit and separate thermostat for heat to keep room temperature as preferred. Bathroom has entrance from bedroom with clawfoot tub, sink, and toilet. There is no shower. Free parking on the street only. Guest access Guests can access private Suite and private bath and shared 1st floor living room. We often have fires in the winter evenings and relax in the living room. During your stay Guests can call or email me. I also live in the home and will usually be on site. Other things to note Please park in the street unless otherwise specified. Parking in the driveway blocks the neighbors vehicles or our vehicles. Street parking is free. Also, a reminder, the bathroom does not have a shower.
