The space First floor available to guests with full access to decks and exterior spaces. Rooms include the Master Bedroom with master bathroom, guest bedroom, hall full bath, modern kitchen with breakfast area, dining room, living room, and family room / sunroom. Master bedroom with King Size bed, guest bedroom with comfort Queen pull-out couch with memory foam topper. Crib available for little one in guest bedroom. Guest access You will access the first floor by the front door of the house. Instructions to obtain the key will be provided before check-in. Other things to note In addition to the four primary guests, accommodations can be made available for a fifth guest, with advanced notice, utilizing the family room sectional sofa.
