This one-bedroom suite is attached to our occupied home, yet completely separate with its own private entrance and fenced patio with exclusive hot tub. Enjoy a spotless, comfortable space with parking, washer/dryer, Smart TVs, workspace and kitchenette—perfect for couples, work trips, visiting family or a relaxing getaway. The space Guests enjoy a private entrance through a wooden gate with secure electronic key-code access for easy self check-in. The suite is attached to our occupied home, but is completely private with its own entrance, fenced patio and exclusive hot tub—giving you your own peaceful retreat. Located in the beautiful Morningstar community in Aledo, you're just 15–20 minutes from Downtown Fort Worth while enjoying a quiet neighborhood atmosphere away from the crowds. Whether you're visiting for a concert, wedding, sporting event, business trip, to see family, or simply relax for a few days, The Good Life offers the perfect combination of comfort, privacy and convenience. Guest access Guests can park on the street or in front of the 1 car garage and access the suite through the gate on the side of the house. An electronic code will be sent the morning of arrival. Other things to note Kitchen Amenities The kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric griddle, toaster, crockpot, and air fryer. **No stove** Both a single-serve pod coffee maker and coffee pot are provided. Workspace A dedicated desk with a multi-USB hub is located in the master bedroom for convenient charging and productivity. Fridge & Freezer The freezer has an icemaker, and the refrigerator offers filtered water (the spout/lever is located inside the fridge). Comfort Items Extra blankets, pillows, and linens are fully stocked in the suite. Entertainment Smart TVs are located in both the living room and master bedroom. The IMDb app offers free shows, and guests can log in with their own accounts for Netflix, Hulu, Max, Disney+, and more. Bath Essentials Shampoo and conditioner are provided. Hot Tub Guidelines Swimsuits are required for hot tub use. The spa cannot be used when lightning is in the area. Pets on Property There are two pups on-site, separated by a tall fence—you typically won’t see them. If you use the hot tub area, you may see them over the midline fence. Please do not feed them. No trailer parking allowed. No charging stations available.
