Comfortable and convenient, "Ridgetop Retreat" was built in 2016 and is located just one mile off the Parkway in Alpine Mountain Village Resort. Our cabin is close to all of the major attractions that Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville have to offer. This charming and modern cabin is the perfect place to stay while visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. Our cabin is a cozy place for friends and family to gather for a memorable stay in the mountains! On the main level is a living area featuring a stone fireplace and flat-screen television, an updated and equipped kitchen, a coffee maker, and a dining area that seats up to 6 people. Cozy and comfortable, the cabin’s decor and surroundings beg you to unwind and destress. There is also a spacious deck off the main level that is the perfect place to spend a quiet morning drinking a cup of coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. On the lower level you can gather everyone together in the theater room to watch a movie on the 70 inch flat panel television. Complete blu-ray DVD player, movie library and theater seating, you can have an authentic movie theater experience without leaving the cabin. There is also a game room where adults as well as children will enjoy the pool table and a half bath. In-house washer and dryer make the cabin completely practical and ideal for longer stays. Just off the game room you will find another spacious deck with a four person hot tub. Sit on the rocking chairs or soak in the private hot tub and enjoy the surrounding nature. While staying at Ridgetop Retreat guests have access to a covered picnic pavilion, walking trails, and an onsite wedding chapel. Guest access Ridgetop Retreat is in a community of cabins with easy access to get to the property. Other things to note As our guests, we want you to have a wonderful and memorable stay at our property. In order to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and neighbors, we ask that you observe the following rules: Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are not allowed. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and removing all trash to the designated area. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is specified in the reservation. No additional guests are allowed. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Parking: Parking is limited to designated areas in front of the cabin. Parking in front of other cabins on the street is strictly prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation in following these rules. If any rule is violated, we reserve the right to terminate the reservation without a refund.
