Serenity Meadows: Heated pool and hot tub, Firepit

Our restored 1850s cabin sits on 10 private acres with mountain views, fire pit, BBQ and fast Wi-Fi. In the summers, swim in the heated pool, then soak in the hot tub under starry Catskills skies. In the winter do the same after a day of skiing at Belleayre mountain. Inside, colorful rooms blend antique charm with modern comfort: king beds, smart TVs, chef’s kitchen and dedicated workspace. 8 minutes to Phoenicia dining, hiking, skiing and tubing. The space Situated at the base of a mountain on 10 picturesque acres, this Farmhouse comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, all located on the second floor. The Farmhouse is one of two units at the Serenity Estate, across the driveway from our neighboring Cottage unit. The two units face each other, with Farmhouse parking on the left and Cottage parking on the right. Both units are entirely separate, with no shared spaces. Please note: During the winter months, the Cottage may be rented at the same time as the Farmhouse, so there is a chance you will see other guests on the property during your stay. In summer months, the hosts may use the cottage however the pool and hot tub will be for your sole use. Guests receive an access code for the front door and alarm system before check-in. Other things to note Cell Service: Expect limited cell service, but the dedicated WiFi router ensures connectivity. Enable "WiFi Enabled Calling" for phone calls. Seasonal Pool (usually end of May to mid Sept - contact us for exact dates) Pool Heating: We are more than happy to heat the pool to 75° during your stay. Pricing differs by season to offset the high price of propane used to heat the pool during cooler months (see below). Should you wish to have the pool heated, please notify us in advance of your arrival so we are able to adjust the daily rate accordingly. Pool heating is usually not necessary July and August. If you need higher than 75° please let us know and we can come to you with adjusted rate. >May, June and September - $100.00/night to 75° > July and August (free of charge to 75°) General Water Use: Drinkable spring water treated with UV light. Manage water pressure by running one major item at a time In case of low water, wait 3-4 hours; contact us if issues persist. ● Quiet residential neighborhood; respect neighbors. ● No parties allowed. ● Maximum capacity: 10 people. ● Pet deposit of $200 required. ● 2-week cap on stays from mid-July to mid-September. ● All long weekends (holiday weekends) will require a 4 night min. Holidays such as christmas, new years, thanksgiving will be a 5 night min Ring camera and pool equipment: anyone found tampering with either of these will be automatically charged $1000 and removed from premises. While allow pets we ask that they are not allowed on any beds. Additional cleaning fees apply. Any pet snuck in will have an automatic $ 1000 penalty. ● Bio Waste: Any biohazard materials left behind there will be a fee of $500. This includes diapers & needles. Please dispose of these correctly or you will be charged. ● Ring camera and pool equipment: anyone found tampering with either of these will be automatically charged $1000 and removed from premises.
