This beautifully decorated 3br/2.5ba home is located in a quiet little neighborhood, just minutes from everything that you could want. Come relax on the inviting back porch or by the keeping room fireplace. This house is perfect for a family getaway, work travel, or a home away from home while you are between houses. Guest access Guests have the whole house to themselves, including the garage. Please note, this property is under exterior surveillance just as you’d find at a hotel. Other things to note Guests must have their profile verified. No exceptions! You will receive an email requesting id verification followed by an email with your rental agreement. New guests without reviews will be charged a fully refundable $500 security deposit. For safety, security, and convenience, the front and back entrance to the house is monitored by ring cameras that record audio and video. Footage may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. NO STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED! The driveway will hold UP TO 4 cars. Pet Policy: As dog lovers, we know it can be hard to leave your four-legged friends at home, so we are happy to host guests with dogs. If you are traveling with a pet, please let us know. There will be an additional $150 pet fee each charged at the time of a successful booking. We have a few rules we ask guests with pets to follow: 1. Only well behaved, well traveled, house trained dogs are allowed. 2. Keep your dogs on leash when they are outside. Do not let them roam free, keep an eye on them at all times, and please clean up after them – no one likes to step in poo. 3. No pets on the furniture. Please use a dog bed, blanket, or crate. Please bring your own dog beds. If pets come on the furniture, an additional $150 cleaning fee will be applied. 4. Do not leave your dogs unattended in the rental for more than an hour or two at a time. Lonely dogs in new spaces can quickly become destructive and disruptive. 5. No aggressive or loud dogs are permitted. If your pup struggles with these issues, please keep him at home. Disruptive, barking, and/or aggressive dogs will be asked to leave, and their owners will forfeit any remaining nights on their reservation without a refund. Finally, by bringing a pet on the property, you agree to assume full responsibility for your pet. If your pet causes any injury or harm to other people or to the property, you will be 100% liable for any necessary treatment, care, or repair.
