Parking is convenient and plentiful in front of the home in addition to the private reserved parking spot you will have in the back of the home. Bedroom one has King Bed / sleeps 2 Bedroom two has Queen Bed / sleeps 2 Living room has sleeper sofa/ sleeps 2 Smart TV offers complimentary Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus and ESPN. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor on the ceiling of the kitchen. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay. ☀Our parking space behind the property in on an unpaved road. You may find it easier to park on the street instead. Please just park on the street opposite from the home. ☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking. ☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay. ☀ Reservations booked for 28 days or more will require additional screening process, security deposit and supplemental lease agreement to approve reservation.
