We are 3 miles from ABR Trails, 4 miles from Wolverine Ski Trails, 1 block from the snowmobile and bike trails, 1 mile from Miners Heritage Park, 18 miles from Black River Harbor, 10-15 miles from many downhill ski slopes and half a mile from downtown Ironwood. A foosball table is in the basement for some extra family fun. There also are games, books and puzzles in the living room. This newly renovated 100 year old mining house has lots of charm. The home has a large living room and dining room and a breakfast nook in the kitchen. The house has 2 Roku TVs (you will have to use your own accounts to access you favorite shows) and high speed internet. The majority of the house has maple, hardwood floors. The home is 2000+ square feet. Parking in the summer can be in the driveway or on the street. In the winter, the driveway will hold 4 vehicles or 2 vehicles and 2 trailers. There is additional parking across the street which is available upon request. There is easy access to both the Ironbell Trail and the snowmobile trail since they are only 1 block away. One upstairs bedroom has a double futon which can be used as an extra bed. In the listing, this futon is listed as a "couch." The maximum weight for the bunk beds is 150 pounds for the top single bunk and 200 pounds for the bottom full bunk. The third bathroom is in the basement. It is fully functional but is an older, non-remodeled bathroom.
