I recently bought and updated this home to provide a peaceful community living experience for my guests. I am an occupational therapist/Program manager that has a huge love for real estate and interior design. I'm also plant-based but all diets are allowed in my home. I live here but am gone a lot as I'm usually busy. However, I'm very social so please feel free to approach me anytime. This home has 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms including another en-suite and a private bedroom/ shared bathroom which are all listed on Airbnb. This home is always very clean, quiet, and typically attracts professionals (travel nurses, travel physicians, people working remotely, etc.) Within the house are two living rooms with large TVs. Each room also has a smart TV so one should never lack in that area. Guest access This area has been coined as the "new midtown" and is very centrally located to the suburbs, midtown, and downtown. Access to these areas is very accessible by car and the Qline off Woodward. Uber and Lyft are very popular as well. As Detroit continues to improve Mass Transit, I suggest that my guests utilize a car or Lyft/Uber to get around. Parking: Street parking is always available, Guests can also park in the driveway or back yard.
