The space GENERAL DETAILS ABOUT THE HOME: *** Though the home can sleep up to 6, we want our guests to be mindful of the size of the space and book accordingly *** - 3 bed, 1 bath 912 sq. ft home offers two queen beds and two twin beds - Private stilt-home surrounded by trees and fences that offers a peaceful and mostly secluded setting - The home itself is decorated on brand new bamboo flooring with a look that’s meant to seamlessly tie in the outside to the interior, with earth-tones and wood accents throughout, plus artwork that highlights the love of Asheville and the nature its landscape offers LOCATION: - The home is 5 miles from downtown, making it about a 10-15 minute drive away. Not central downtown, but offers a close proximity to everything you need, while still being somewhat tucked away in a quiet, lush neighborhood. ENTERTAINMENT: - High Speed Wifi provided You will find the record table in the living room. Throw on a record from our little collection offered to set the mood right and accentuate the retro vibe. The record player can also connect via Bluetooth to your device to function as a speaker. - Smart TV in living room with DVD player & DVD's provided, including Netflix, Disney+, and other streaming apps - TV in twin bed room including Roku, DVD player, and a Nintendo64 - Variety of card and board games offered, stored in the record table next to the couch AMENITIES: - The home has been consciously designed with a variety of amenities to ensure you have a unique and memorable experience - Wake up to peace and quiet as the morning light trickles into this cozy, bright space - Brew yourself a fresh cup of the provided coffee or tea, and step out onto the large balcony for some fresh air and the sounds of nature to start your day on an uplifting note - Begin your evening with a drink out on the patio as the wrap-around balcony lights set the ambiance for a picturesque good time, or settle around the fire pit with your group under the stars - Kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics you may need to cook, bake, or prepare anything during your stay. Pots/pans, cooking and eating utensils, cutting board, wine/beer openers, salt & pepper, olive oil, sugar, wine, shot and beer glasses, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, etc. - Dishwasher: to run a load, open the door, hold down the setting you want to run until it starts blinking and then close the door to start - Laundry machines are available for use if needed - Ironing board and iron provided *COVID UPDATE: We ensure the highest standards of cleanliness through exceptionally thorough cleaning, meeting the Airbnb 5-step cleaning standards, and disinfecting of all areas of the home to provide a worry-free stay for all our guests! Other things to note GENERAL REQUESTS/HOUSE RULES: - Be sure to lock up all the doors, including the sliding glass doors, prior to leaving The Bungalow - Please keep noise levels at a respectful volume in evening hours when outside to be mindful of our neighbors and neighborhood - The house runs on a septic system, so for this reason please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet - Please do not take extra stock from laundry room/stock area other than to refill emptied basics, such as toilet paper or paper towels or soaps - Smoking permitted outside of the home - Though we love our furry family members, we have made this property pet-free to make our space comfortable for all guests, including those with any allergies
