It's about a 20 minute drive or Uber into Downtown St. Augustine, & we’re the closest beach to Gainesville. This is a spacious studio with the main house above, and beach access down a private beach walkover. There's enough parking for 2 cars adjacent to the studio, and guests love the screened in front porch to sit and relax while sipping on their favorite beverage and listen to the waves crash. Guests have access to the entire studio as well as the screened in front porch, and back porch. The upstairs home is private. There’s enough parking for 2 vehicles, but no motorcycles, trailers or boats are allowed. You're steps away from Crescent Beach and a 3 minute drive to Fort Matanzas. Centrally located between all the sights and sounds of Saint Augustine, and the amazing beach food spots of Flagler Beach. You can catch an Uber into Downtown, and there's great biking up and down A1A and the beach is easy to ride on, especially at low tide. DRIFTERS is a really cool option for bike rentals as they will deliver/pick up bikes for your stay.
