A Maximum of 2 cars per reservation are allowed Other things to note The Condo sleeps 6 All linens and bath towels are provided. Guests will need to bring beach towels. The kitchen is fully stocked. Handicap Accessibility: There are no elevators at our condo. There are two sets of stairs on each side of the building. One set is a steeper, skinnier staircase, the other is a wide double set of stairs that is very easy to go up and down. Parking: Onsite parking lot, no charge. Parking passes are mandatory on this property. Two Passes will be provided upon check in. There is NO parking available for boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, or motor homes. Per HOA rules and regulations, any motorcycles will be towed even if they are mounted in a truck bed. Failing to use parking passes or parking unauthorized vehicles on the property will result in possible towing at the renter's expense.
