The “Upper Room” is a studio apartment located above a detached 3-car garage in a residential culdesac. WiFi, fridge/freezer, 1 full bath, AC/Heat, microwave, Keurig, closet space, kitchen utensils, 40 inch TV, 120 inch projector screen, kitchen table, couch, recliner, club chair, washer/dryer unit and a queen Murphy Bed. We are 35 min from Emerald Isle and North Topsail Beach. Hosts live on site but the detached garage has its own separate entrance. The space Guest will be staying above garage in beautifully renovated apartment. 650 sq feet of living space. This open space features a kitchen with running water, fridge, freezer, air fryer, toaster and coffee maker. There is NO dishwasher or stove. However, there is a microwave. The Upper Room also features a stackable washer/dryer unit in the bathroom for long term stays. Guest access Guests will have one parking spot in the top left of the driveway and one parking spot available in the culdesac. Other things to note The Upper room is less than 5 minutes from shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. We are also close to Camp Lejeune and less than 40 minutes from local beaches.
