You can walk, run, or bike to the beach or redwood forest every day. We love hosting and want to make sure you enjoy your stay. It’s a Santa Cruz County, beach town A-Frame - with lots of charm and warmth. We provide everything that a month-long guest might want. Love coffee or tea? So do we! We have a Nespresso, French Press, Filter and Coffee Drop Machine, teapot, a variety of teas. We love to cook, and many of our guests do, too! Enjoy the chef's kitchen for easy cooking, store lots of food and supplies in the large new fridge, and enjoy filtered water, lots of kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies. The house features a generous laundry facility, driveway parking, an outdoor grill, and a charming patio to enjoy coffee, dinner, or yoga outdoors. The yoga and meditation loft is also available as a spare sleeping room and can be furnished with two beds, a desk, and a hanging rack. We are also across the street from a private gym operated by our wonderful neighbor, Kevin. KB’s Garage Gym is available for private sessions. Guest access You have exclusive access to the house, patio, and grill. A rarely used owner's studio unit is above the garage, sharing access to the laundry room, beach bathroom, hot tub, and driveway. Other things to note Feel free to bring small dogs! Guests are welcome to stay for a couple of days without charge. We know that people want to visit this incredible place, and that's great. Please check with us if your guest needs to stay longer than three nights, as we have a $40 per night guest fee after the complimentary two nights.
