The home was recently remodeled and updated to retain the charm of a Santa Cruz County, beach town A-Frame - without losing the charm and warmth. We provide everything that a month-long guest might want. We also are always tying to improve our hospitality! A recent guest wanted a tea-pot and we had a tea pot and electric kettle delivered in a day. We love to cook, and many of our guests do too! Enjoy the chef's kitchen for easy cooking, store lots of food and supplies in the large new fridge. Enjoy filtered water, lots of kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies. The house features generous laundry facility, driveway parking, outdoor covered grill, and charming places to enjoy coffee, dinner, or yoga outdoors. Loft with two beds available for no additional cost if needed. Perfect for storage if you are between homes or renovating. You have exclusive access to the house. A small separate owner's studio unit sits over the garage which shares access to the driveway, laundry, and outdoor bathroom. I am available by phone to guests for assistance, and live part time in separate unit on the property. Family neighborhood with some vacation rentals. We are updating the landscaping so that it's drought resistant. Feel free to bring small dogs! Guests are welcome without a charge for a couple days. We know that people want to come and visit this incredible place, and that's great. Please check with us if your guest needs to stay longer than three nights as we have a $40 per night fee guest fee after complimentary two nights.
