Self Check-in is always available if we are unavailable or guest need to check in after hours... Our place is conveniently located for visitors to the River Port/Greenbelt Highway area. Ideal for anyone needing to spend time with any of the many companies in the vicinity. We visualize the place being used for temporary work assignments but can easily accommodate a couple for a good stay as well. Ample free parking on street right in front of the house and is always available. The space The photos says more than words. Anyhow, for the guest's convenience, as you may see, we provide a TV with internet, microwave oven and micro refrigerator with a couple of bottles of bottled water. For extra comfort the bed is equipped with a memory foam topper. A small personal air cooler sits on the bed night stand. Key is provided so guest can keep room locked as needed for safety and privacy. Feel free to sit down on our front porch whenever we are not using it. Guest access Guest will use the front entrance to the home. Guest will have a private room with private bathroom adjacent. This is normally the limit but we are open to occasionally satisfy guests needs by guest letting us know if we can be of any help/ During your stay or my wife can also help with answers about the home or necessities you may have. We are in home hosts so communication/socialization will often be easy, and when not, I am usually as close as a text or call. Some social interaction may take place naturally if guest or host feel so inclined as there are no strict rules in this respect.... Our guests are special, as you are the only guest in the house.
