This architectural modern gem, filled with natural lights was built in 2009 and features green certified large windows and hardwood floor throughout. This is an entertainer’s delight, with an oversized open floor plan and an abundance of outdoor space. There are porches and patios at all levels to enjoy your coffee in the morning and unwind in the evening with a wonderful city view roof top lounging area. The ground level has a large garage and access to the outdoor garden inspired by a featured exhibition in the European world garden show. The pond next to the modern multilevel terraces have illuminated fountains. A private hot tub provides a calming area to enjoy the visual and auditory experiences of the garden. The main level leads to the large and open Italian kitchen featuring marble countertops, Fisher/Paykel appliances and a stainless steel island. Open concept dining and living areas are next to the spacious porch overlooking the oasis. The bedroom level offers three serene bedrooms and two upscale bathrooms. Rest on the high end beds, protected by the premium hypoallergenic mattress and pillow encasings to ensure good night sleep. Relaxing at the jacuzzi with clear views of the garden below. All rooms require stairs. Other things to note • We may be able to take up to 2 non-shedding well-behaved adult dogs or cats that are house trained for a fee. Please confirm your pets meet our criteria before booking. • This a nice size home with a number of amenities that require regular maintenance. There may be planned regular maintenance during your stay (yard, hot tub, pond, HVAC etc.). • The rooftop bar is not stocked. You will bring your own beverages. A lot of guests are not able to work the fireplace or oven due to not having experience with gas appliances. Guests are welcome to ask us for help with directions for use during their stay. We also provide a toaster oven that has a bake setting that you can use. Guests should be aware that the bluetooth speakers that you'll see on the ceiling do not work. • After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address. • This listing is for overnight stays of up to 12 adult guests. Please enter the total guest count including children and pets. Any person beyond booked guests arriving anytime will be treated as an event rental add-on that the guest agrees to pay. This is a technically a duplex because there is another unit attached by a small closet wall. This is the back unit surrounded by trees. We own both sides of the duplex. • This home is strictly NO DRUGS and NO SMOKING! This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, and e-cigarettes at both Inside and Outside of the home. • Violators will result in termination without refund. Lost revenue for cancelled future stays and replacement costs of rugs and curtains will be charged. • Relevant Noise Ordinances must be followed. Walk 0.4 miles on LaFrance Street to get to the Marta train (a 7 minute walk). There is a sidewalk the entire way. • Check-in is at 4 pm or later. Early check-ins after 1 pm or super early check-ins before 1 pm can be reserved, as available in advance for a fee. • Check-out is at 11 am. A late check-out can be arranged at least 3 days before check-out and are subject to availability. The late check out fee will be charged for every hour past 11 am. • Congratulations!
