Our updated 100-year old house with original hardwood oak floors, 4 sleeping spaces, front porch, back deck, backyard w/ fire-pit, and family setup with crib, and child gates is less than 10 mins from CMU/PITT, GGLE, Duo, UPMC, etc. Appointed w/ Casper Mattresses, Office, Instapot, Keurig, Netflix, Garage for storing bikes, etc. After a 1.5 year break in hosting, we are back! The space 1st floor Living room - L couch, Flat screen TV w/Netflix guest account Dining room - beautiful cherrywood table w/seating for 4 (2 extra chairs in the basement Kitchen - equipped kitchen w/keurig coffee machine and pods, microwave, toaster, gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, insta-pot Back deck - quiet and open facing green-space Front porch - fenced in porch that doubles as a mud room and kids play space 2nd floor Master bedroom - queen sized Casper memory foam mattress, closet, desk Kids room - wooden crib, trundle bed (2 twin mattresses), closet Office - full size futon, stand/sit desk, closet Bathroom - new gut-renovation with shower and bathtub Basement - carpeted with air mattress for an extra sleeping space, full bathroom, washer & dryer Outside Guest access Smartlock - entry code for smart lock available in the ‘check-in’ instructions Cars - covered car port and driveway + free street parking. Note that City of Pittsburgh has street cleaning, please look at signs posted to avoid tickets E-scooters - SPIN scooters are always within a few minute walk of our house Bus - Pittsburgh Public Bus stops 100 feet from our house and goes directly to downtown
